Krazy 4 Dogs, LLC ("Krazy 4 Dogs," "we," "us," or "our") provides dog grooming, boarding, and daycare services in the Wichita, Kansas area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our booking and registration process, our phone and text messaging, and our in-person services.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact information: your name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing address.

• Pet information: your dog's name, breed, age, vaccination records, health and behavior notes, veterinarian contact, and grooming preferences.

• Appointment information: bookings, waitlist requests, visit history, and notes about services provided.

• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

• Messaging information: your SMS consent, opt-in and opt-out history, and your replies to our text messages (for example, Y, N, STOP, or HELP).

• Website information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, if you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm, and provide grooming, boarding, and daycare services.

• To send appointment reminders and waitlist alerts by text message, if you agree to receive them.

• To contact you about your dog's care, including in an emergency.

• To keep required records, such as vaccination records.

• To process payments and answer your questions.

• To comply with the law and protect the safety of pets, customers, and staff.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program and Your Mobile Number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or text message opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy. The only exception is service providers (such as our text messaging provider) who handle your number solely to deliver our messages to you, and who may not use it for any other purpose.

Program description

Krazy 4 Dogs, LLC (Wichita, Kansas) sends recurring automated text messages about your own pets' reservations and waitlist requests only:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations: for grooming, boarding, and daycare, a text about 24 hours before and, for later-in-the-day appointments, another the morning of. Boarding drop-off and pickup reminders are included. Reply Y to confirm or N to cancel (a team member confirms every cancellation).

• Waitlist openings: if you asked to join our waitlist, a text when a spot opens. Reply Y to claim it or N to pass. Spots are first-come, first-served.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent

We send these texts only to customers who have agreed to receive them in one of these ways: (1) checking the separate, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box in the Krazy 4 Dogs customer portal, or when our staff enter or update your profile and you tell us you agree (for example at check-in), where we record the date and wording version of your consent; or (2) existing customers who already agreed to receive text messages from us when they were onboarded in our previous booking system (Gingr). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the SMS Consent section of our Terms & Conditions.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1 to 2 reminder messages per appointment, plus any waitlist alerts you requested. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent and opt-in data are never shared: your mobile number, SMS consent, and opt-in records are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt out and help

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us run our business, such as our booking software, payment processor, and text messaging provider. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

• With your veterinarian or an emergency vet, if needed for your dog's health or safety.

• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, pets, staff, or business.

• If our business is sold or transferred, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent will still not be shared for marketing purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep customer, pet, and appointment records for as long as you are an active customer and for up to 3 years after your last visit, so we can serve you if you return and meet record-keeping needs. Records of your SMS consent and opt-out requests are kept as long as needed to honor your choices and show compliance with messaging rules. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 8).

7. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable safeguards, such as password-protected systems and limited staff access, to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

8. Your Choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.

• Access or update: ask us to see or correct the information we have about you or your dog.

• Delete: ask us to delete your information. We may keep some records if required by law or for safety reasons (such as vaccination records).

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
